The Merenda Group has been actively and successfully involved in property acquisitions since 1995. However, prior to 1995, two key members of the group, Sam and Vince Merenda had already been involved in the building industry from the early 1970s. Currently, Santo Merenda works closely with Sam (father) and Vince (uncle) when acquiring properties for the group.

The group’s key selection criteria is for all properties to have value adding opportunities. Residential property acquisitions however, must also fulfill the additional criteria of being located close to the coast. The Merenda Group is continually looking for more acquisitions that meet the above criteria.
